Rincon steering ?
You need to have someone wiggle the bar while you look to see what it is that has slop.
At the bottom of the steering stem is a nut that holds the plate that the inner tie rods attach to. That nut has been known to come loose on a variety of Hondas.
If it is loose, take the nut all the way off, clean both thread, and hit it with some locktite. I believe there is a cotter pin that you will have to take off the shaft to get the nut off. Be sure to put the pin back when done.
The other thing you could look at is the bolts that clamp down the steering shaft.
You might also check the lock nuts on the tie rod ends. Mine came loose on my first ride...
