starter buttonwont work,headlights work fine ,connections are good,replaced starter relay switch....how can i test the button or fix it

did you check your fuses?

is your neutral light coming on?

fuses are fine and yes the light comes on

What kind of machine is it on?

Anyway, it would probably be easiest to test with a volt/ohm meter...

You could see if you have voltage to the switch, and you could see if you have voltage coming out of the switch when you hit start...
