Out of round tires
When I brought my new rancher home and ran it around from where I unloaded it to the garage in front I felt the tire bump on each revolution. I thought it was probably a flat spot from sitting that would eventually round out. It's been in a heated garage for a couple of months with almost no riding but each time I take it out the thump is still there. Today I jacked it up so the rear tires were off the ground by ¼ inch or so and when I rotate them there is a spot on the tire about 8 to 12 inches long that rubs the floor, the rest of the tire clears by about ¼ of an inch so it appears there is a bulge in the tire instead of a flat spot. This makes for one heck of a rough ride on anything over 10 miles an hour. Have any of you ever experienced this with a new rig and stock tires?

Out of round tires
Is the inside bead of the tire seated properly? I have seen this on bike tires before.
Also, check that it isn't the rim that is not round. Look at the bead lip while turning the tire.
Lastly, watch the hub and make sure that is not untrue. Or the rim not seated out correctly on the hub.
If the tire, rim or hub is truely out of round take it back to the dealer and explain the issue.

Out of round tires
Happens when the units are strapped down in the crate for shipping
Really noticeable in the rear
Remove one rear tire and bolt it back on 1/4 turn from where it was
The out of roundness will be less noticeable and when the quad is rode this summer in warmer weather the bumps will go away to where the tires will regain their natural molded shape
