Default 01 400ex help

iv had this quad for a while and nothing really wrong with it, but recently somthing is going wrong... ill try to explain the best i can...any info can help, thanks!

so its rough starting...but thats normal with a cold blooded machine like this, but when i take the choke off and hit the throtle, i hear it click and it dosent want to go as it normaly does....so i just let it run and it seems to idle fine...but when i give it gas it starts acting up...it dosent back fire...the clicking is comming from where i put the choke on, when i have it abot half throttle it starts to click and the whole assembly shakes when it clicks and it wont keep a steady rythem untill i do full throttle or let it idle. is it somthing to do with the choke? or a fuel filter? or what? antyting helps!! thanks a lot. il ltry to answer all questions anyone has.

something in the carb may have came loose or their is a clogged jet. put a 42 pilot jet in it , it will start up with no choke and wont be so cold blooded.
