300ex carburetor slide question
Hello,
I just rebuilt my 300ex carb with a factory rebuild kit, and I have a question about the carb slide itself:
Should the whole slide (the part the houses the needle jet) move back to its original position when the throttle is let go, or should it remain in the raised position?
Mine slides up in its bore just fine, but will not return to the lower position. Is this correct?
Thanks!
