Please see THIS thread to get a little background if needed.

In a nutshell, someone gave this 4wheeler to us and my sons and I are getting it going again..slowly.

Got the carb/jets cleaned and new battery got it cranked good.
Now, it won't move.
When I say that I mean it feels like the brakes are froze. Left sided brake lever with the red reverse **** on it is REALLLLLY tight. Right one feels normal.
Is not locked in place either, I know how to unlock it.

Now under the back end, I found those two wingnuts and loosened the top one but it doesn't seem to make a difference.
And, the right rear wheel doesn't roll when in neutral. seems locked in place.
It did kinda grind to a slow move but just a couple of feet and we stopped. The tires are dry rotted and we just put enough air in them to see if it would go into gear and it did. And, then we noticed this problem.
Yes, there is some brake fluid in the fluid box on the right handlebar.

Any thoughts?

Thanks for the compliment on the previous post. I love my Hondas but I'll be the first to say their brakes leave something to be desired. Sounds like the rears are locked up. What about the fronts? If you don't know jack up the front and see if the wheels spin freely, just to know they are o.k. and to focus on the back. On the rear brakes ( let me try to explain it ) from the inside looking at the back plate at the bottom should be a bolt with a washer it is the drain bolt. Take it out and spray some type of lube ( WD 40 ) all in there up, down, side to side while working the foot brake lever by hand basically trying to work it free. Then try rolling it to free it up. There isn't really any easy way to deal with Honda brakes. If that dosen't work you can try to remove the brake drum itself but that usually is close to impossible.

I took it off and felt around in there and it has brake fluid (I think. ), in the bottom..
Wanted to doublecheck b4 I went to spraying WD40 round in there.
Front wheels are free btw.

No that's the fill for the gear oil, by the other rear wheel. If you're sitting on the bike it will be behind the right rear wheel

Where on here is that bolt you talk about removing? It has like a skid plate on the bottom...and some other bolts, but I don't see anything that looks like a drain..but maybe I'm not looking at the right place.

Number 28 on this parts fiche. It's going to be at the bottom of the silver plate that the black brake drum is attached to not under it, should be below where the brake lever that the brake cables are connected to is.
