I am running the 100:1 mixed at about 80:1 in my Banshee. My friends run it as well. Been in 6 Banshee's between the 3 of us and not 1 engine problem to speak of.

The kid that had my Banshee before me was running Yamalube I guess at 32:1 and he was fouling plugs left and right (I didn't hear about the plug problem until he had the cash in his hand and the quad was on the trailer). I drained all of the gas out of the tank when I got home and filled it back up with some fresh gas and the AMSoil. Haven't fouled a plug yet and I've had the quad for over a year.

It's good stuff and I recommend it to anybody.

Take care.

By the way, how much would you charge for a case of 12 shipped to my door??? Currently getting it at $36.00 per case from our local dealer. Too bad shipping is involved cause I'm sure I could get it cheaper from other sources.

Thanks.

I became a dealer for myself, and then thought, maybe i'll sell it, even thought of opening a store front. I was just wondering about it before I got into it or it was put into my ATC
Suggested retail is $33 + shipping (which is about $7) Total=$40
Cost is $25 + $7 to ship to me, then $7 to ship to you Total=$$39
Plus your commission credit, thats were he/she is making there money from.
Commission credit is: $14.40, BUT! he/she only gets a % of that, depending on tear level they are at.
In short, I can beat it! By a $1.
How does your plug look? Black, brown, ?

LOL...stupid shipping...makes life complicated.

I changed my plugs when I put my pipes on about two months ago. I pulled the plugs out the other day and they were a nice chocolaty brown color and nice and dry. There was a little bit of black around the outer edge of the threads, but I'm guessing it's because nothing gets burned right there.

It's pretty amaizing since most of our riding is trail riding and sometimes we barely get out of 1st gear. You'd think we'd be fouling plugs left and right because we have to lug the quads so much, but nobody has to worry about fouling them.

If I could find one thing to complain about with the Amsoil is the smell. It does't really stink, but I think that it gives me a headache. I typically have one after every ride I go on and so does one of the other guys I ride with.

If you want an oil that smells good use Klots...that stuff is nice. I run it in the sled and it smells like perfume. The woman doesn't complain when I get back from my rides anymore...she used to make me change outside in the cold cause my stuff stunk so bad.

Oh also, what price can you beat by a $1? The $40's from the factory right? If we didn't have to deal with shipping I could get it from you for cheaper than I could from my local supplier.

Take care man.

The $1 is for the 100-1/8oz (12 in a case) for $35 including shipping to your door.
I am running right now Golden Spectro @ 42-1 mix ratio, but the plug is a little black even after re-jetting it lower since I am @ 3,000 feet above sea level and still nothing. My kids mainly ride it.
Jetting from: #148 main to a #140
Jetting from: #50 slow jet to a #45

Thanks for information!

i like the amsoil. golden spectro seemed to leave to much buildup in pipe. maybe i wasn't good enough at jetting. anyways i run only amsoil at 80/1. no problems.

Ron,

My buddy is about to buy a case of oil. If you are interested I can have him buy from you. If it is too much trouble, no problem...I would just rather see the cash go to you than our snotty supplier.

Take care.

Cool Ron,

I will talk to him tomorrow (technically later today now), and I will email you.

As for my ITP's...I am not sure how long they have been on the quad, they were on when I bought it a couple weeks ago, but they are in mint shape. One rim has a tiny little dent on the side, but other than that the other ones are perfect. Comparing them to the stockers they look a lot better and much stronger.

Thanks for the help.

-Josh
