Well mar i don't see it that way and my eyes ARE open and there looking at the cats..
Actually it is the same as any brand it is really personal preferance. You like Doo and I like Cat, so what can ya say.
Though ski-doo is not as excellant as you say, sure they are good but so is Arctic cat, yamaha and polaris, but they are in different areas. All brands have good and bad sleds, but i just like cat better than the others.

The trash talkers section is for people who want to bash. It's to keep the general conversation from turning into a bash fest, like this topic did. But since you won't go there, I'll have to bash you here.
The sled you're thinking of is the 1978 Blizzard
SkiDoo did not invent the independent front suspension. It was invented in 1972. click on this link for more details.
<< You see Elk. It turns out you dont know much about the industry. It all started when Cat put Independent A arms on there sled and patented it. Up until then there were no patents on sled items. >>
You're completely wrong. Yamaha, SkiDoo and Arctic Cat all had patents on sled related items prior to 1990, when Cat patented its A arm suspension. Here's one of them.

Calling arctic cat garbage, isn't bashing,it's simply stating a known and proven fact. Plenty of western sled dealerships have been saved by switching from AC to doo or polaris. The AC dealer in my town expanded and brought in ski-doo also. So far the dealers only problem is,trying to figure out why he didn't become a ski-doo dealer to begin with. Handling ski-doo has basically saved his sled business, since nobody that is serious about mountain riding, buys an AC or those who do buy AC quickly dump them. AC has built themselves the reputation of being a piece of **** and batteryless efi and suspension isn't going to over come a sled that only runs half the time,if you're lucky and is constantly having to be worked on.
