U will hate the trail blazer. It is really slow and heavy and does not have enough power.. The 300ex is a pretty fun machine. I only rode one for a little while. But it is pretty peppy and it does have some good power to it. It will also kill a tb in a drag race. Size wize i am 6'0 about 200lbs and it felt ok. it was a little cramped tho. thats just my 2 cents...Erik

You might be a little cramped on the 300 ex but between the two I would choose the 300EX.

Former two thumbs up 300ex owner. I wasn't as tall as you though so the seat area was perfect for me.

My luck with my 300ex was terrible, it has left me stranded several times on the trail by myself several miles away from home. My Trail Boss, it's a 2 stroke, but it seems more reliable than the EX. The Trail Boss is the same thing as the TrailBlazer. My Trail Bpss has been riden for 6 years everyday, still runs great I've had A LOT of fun on that thing. I've definately spent more time working on my EX than riding it. Just my luck.

if youre going to get a trailblaizer a pipe kit is a must (check out http://www.hpd-inc.com/ http://www.hotseatperformance.com http://www.rittercycle.com/polaris.htm) the 300ex's i dont know too much about but as far as size goes cant be too awfully bad cause i have a friend thats 6'2 and rides a blaster but you would most likely be more comfortable on the trailblaizer seing how its the bigger of the 2

I am 5' 7" and feel a little cramped (but not miserable) on the 300. I think both these bikes are small for your height.

I don't know just my opinion but if you plan on riding even some what aggressive I would stay away from the trailblazer. It can't handle any air without bottoming out it's also slow, heavy, and doesn't handle very well. I think both bikes are kind of small for someone 6' 2'' but I'll guarntee you'll rip it up harder on the 300.

I have a 250x (same as 300ex) and at 6'1" and 265lbs, I still enjoy riding it. I can't stretch out as much as I can on the banshees, but it is still a lot of fun. With the works shocks and such, it is the best woods bike I have ever been on.

For your size I would recommend the 400ex but the only problem is that it doesnt have reverse so it can be hard to maneuver it in a tight place. Other than that if you're going to do alot of trail riding you would rather have a four-stroke. I have a two-srtoke and it seems that you always have to fill it up!
