450 rear racks

My brother drives a new 450ES what can you do to keep the rear rack on a 450, the bolts come out even with locktight. This is the second 450 he had with this problem

no problems with my brothers 450........yet.
i'm from truro, have you heard of Sutherlands lake? you must know of Folly Lake?? that's where i ride. how 'bout you?

Never had that problem with mine. A suggestion: while the rack is off, find a powdercoating shop to put on the new heavy grain finish found on the '03 Yamaha factory ATV racks. It will last a lot longer than black paint, and it looks pretty zoot.

I ride through out Nova Scotia, New Burnswick, and Newfounland
We Leave Sacville NS every weekend

The tighter you tighten it it seams the quicker it gets loose.
