416 HP????

Unless you go crazy on the bore than reliabilty is not an issue. I doubt that just the bore would make you 4HP 28-32HP you will need compression, cams, head work and than maybe around 35. Go to Trinity Racing look up the 400EX, Harry tells all.

You cant really guess accurately what the HP would be without knwo whatelse it had..which pipe, opened up a/b or not, what port, what cam, how much comp., carb, ect ect...
Or you could just put a CR500 motor in that frame... Hehe, Jokin with ya Killer
Killer's right though, without some sort of idea about what you're wanting with this motor, there is no way to tell the HP. Some 416's can push close to 50, while others can add just a handfull over stock. Smitty is also correct in saying that unless you have a radical port job, the motor will be reliable. Unfortunately, the more radical your porting, the more power you will be producing. It's pretty simple when you think about it. The 416cc piston is just 18cc's over stock, and a bigger bore means more torque than anything. With the piston alone, you will have some more power all around, but a strong gain down low. The porting makes the difference. For a good all-around motor, and very little turn-around time, my vote would go to Hetrick Racing
Good luck
