You dont have to drill and tap anything with the FST kit. There's an oil line that goes from the crankcase to the valve cover. You cut the line about 2 inches from the valve cover flip it around so the cut end points towards the front of the quad. You zip strip the cooler on the front of the quad and hook up your hoses, it's simple.

My 250X has a Jagg oil cooler. I think they are available through a Parts Unlimited dealer. For the jagg cooler, your replace the oil filter cover with a billet piece that is supplied. Then you zip tie the cooler on the front frame, and run hoses. The coolers really help. I have a problem on Alky though. Since Alky doesn't generate a lot of heat anyway, the cooler actually drops the temp to dangerous levels on cool days.
