300ex denton steering stabilizer dampner?

I have over the years had stabilizers on a number of bikes. But you know what, I eventually ended up taking them all off!!! After spending all that money, my conclusion is that they don't really help. Especially if you are a trail rider, just save your money. The damper will just slow your response time.
I had the Denton on the 400EX and it was a nightmare to install. Couldn't make it fit the way their picture showed. Had the PEP on the 300. It installed easier, but in the end, it is off now too.

300eexx I bought a Muscle steering dampner (same as the Denton rebuildable) a few month ago and you could not give me enuff money to take it off. I've got a 400 and the instalation was a little bit of a pain (due to shock rez's) but it was worth the aggravation. If you ride on anything other than smooth flat trails you will notice a big difference. Just get one and take your time putting it on and you will be fine. I will never own another sport quad without one.
