Default For all you shotgun deers hunters try the Hornady sst sabot slug

Today was opening day for shotgun in Massachusetts. I shot a 150# spike horn with a Remmington 870 with the Hornady sst 2/34 sobot slug. I recommend the Hornadys because they shoot flat and hit hard. I dropped that deer in its tracks a 40 yrds with one in the chest.

Do you have a rifled barrel? What kind of accuracy do you get?

Sorry no pic, I do shoot with a rifled barrel, with nice groups out to 100 yards easy. If you put a scope on it I would say you are looking at 150 yrd . capability with the SST's.
