Hello from Louisiana
I'm an avid racer, cars, trucks, bikes, quads, I'm pretty much into anything fast enough to do something stupid on or in. I am a certified technical engineer which is just a fancy way of saying I do my own performance mods. Anyway I have had and worked on pretty much all of them but the only one I have never parted with is my Quadzilla just can't touch 'em they were, are, and always will be the pinnacle of quad performance. Proven fact! At least to those of us who know 2 strokes. Don't mean to sound like a opinionated person but just wanted to get that out there. Anyway I have joined the forum to chime in from time to time.

welcome. I had an 89 first, then a souped up 87. the 89 was piped and jetted by me, and for some reason was as fast as the really souped up ones the guys I rode with had. very kick bass bikes, wish I still had one. most people think they are hard to start, but if I held the throttle just open , above an idle, and didn`t goose it when kicking , it would start 1st or second kick almost all the time. open it any wider while kicking, and it could be a bitch ! lol ----bob
