Default New to this need some advice

Hello my name is Stacy I have a 2005 Honda foreman 500 4x4 es. The reason I need advice is because my four wheeler will not switch gears no more. I have replaced the box on the handle bar I have replaced the shift motor I have replaced the angle sensor and the control unit box and still will not switch gears. When. It hits the 4th and 5th gear it makes a clicking sound when trying to switch gears. Any advice on what's going on thanks in advance

Welcome to the forums. Not a Honda guy, sounds like a bit of over engineering. When a Manual shift Arctic Cat doesn't shift right, I've heard it's usually a bent shift fork. Try to download a service manual and parts manual, perhaps it will be more obvious. GL

How old is your battery? It could be something as simple as not having a fully charged battery. It is an electric shift system so not having full voltage could cause it to not work properly. Its a bit of a long shot but its possible. Its more likely that something is bent in the shift mechanism.

Howdy! It might have a code, search for code retrieval.
