Default Western NY

Anybody want to get together to ride? I'm located just south of rochester NY. I've got a 2008 yfz450 and a 2012 Can Am Renegade 1000. I've only got 10 acres to ride. Let me know if you want to meet up to go ride

Hi 2012renagade: Welcome to the ATV Connection. I sure hope you connect with some of your western NY riders. I have seen several of them post here. Western NY is very pretty, maybe I like the Finger Lakes region the best. It is very kind of you to offer your place for some casual riding.

I bet you really enjoy that big Renegade! I understand that is a great machine. I have an Outlander myself, but it is more "utility" than "sport". I was admiring a Renegade just today at my local dealer.

Hey, while I'm at it, wouldn't it be grand if New York or your county in NY allowed street legal ATVs? I sure would make organizing a ride easier, take some pressure off of our precious off road trails, and make our machines much more useful. I could ride to town for a gallon of milk. My old home state of Minnesota recently passed a street legal ATV law, with restrictions of course. Now my old buddies can organize a ride around the local lake similar to snowmobilers and motorcyclists. Colorado doesn't have a street legal law yet, but I'm hopeful someday it will.
