Default Mule 610 losing power

I have a 2006 Mule 610 with just over 1,000 hours. It has never given me any problems until now. A few weeks ago, it started bogging down when running wide open. When it gets to full speed, it acts like it loses fuel and loses all power, but never dies. I have replaced the fuel pump, put on new air filters, replaced the muffler (rust holes were forming), cleaned the gas tank, cleaned the carburetor (looks fine), and replaced the ignition coil. I have not replaced the fuel lines yet, but they all look fine. I ordered new lines and will replace them when they arrive.

Is there anything I am missing? I have had an experienced engine guy help me and he has no idea at this point. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I do not have the luxury of time since this is what I use for collected maple sap and my season will start in 3-6 weeks (depending on weather).

Spark plugs are cheap. Replace if you haven't already. I found out a long time ago that just because something is firing doesn't mean it's firing correctly. Spent a buttload of cash on a rm 125 a few years back and all it was was a spark plug. If that don't do it I'd check compression.
