Terxy 750 Kawasaki side by side
I am not sure if they are at the dealers yet. However, my cousin who is the parts manager for my local kawie dealer got to test ride one. He has a rhino at his farm and comparing the two, he said the Terxy 750 is much quicker off the start and will top out at 46mph. He also said it is governed at that speed, but will probably go about 55mph with the governer changed. As far as handling, he said is seemed very good, but his test ride was in an open field with grass and nothing more. I am waiting for them to get one in so I can test it too.

I bought one yesterday - It's a blast. I'm trying to break it in according to the manual, however I'm having great difficulty keeping the gas pedal off the floor. Here's a couple of things I've noticed so far:
A. The roof on the LE model vibrates against the roll cage. Solution: 2 pieces of foam.
B. The gas pedal is super sensitive. I'm not sure how to explain this, but here goes... When bumping over "textured" terrain, my foot has a tendency to tap the pedal which causes the motor to rev. Solution: I'm heading to the BOB (Big Orange Box - Home Depot) tomorrow for a stiffer return spring. Hopefully this will do the trick. Otherwise keep it floored and don't worry about it.
C. The seat belts suck. They don't seem to retract very good. Solution: ??? replace them with automotive ones?
D. I got a jealous look from some dude at the grocery store earlier today. He was parking his outdated Rhino as I drove by.
E. I removed and tossed the spark arrestor in a box of spare parts. The machine sounds much better and may have picked up 1 extra horsepower.
I'm interested in what other owners think. I'm open for suggestions...

I drove a new Teryx and a 650 Rhino that was about a year old. The Rhino was a lot louder, a lot tippier and didn't have near the torque. I know a lot of people love top speed, but for where I ride, it's all about torque. I want something that will rip up a hill and come out of the hole FAST. I ended up getting the Teryx but haven't had a chance to ride it much yet.

I just got mine also, Camo L.E. I was wondering how loud is the teryx with the spark arrestor removed & can you tell a difference in torque or h.p. What kind of spring did you get for the gas pedal & did it help any, I have the same problem. I have some heat coming up by the seat which is uncomfortable, but I'm going to put something behind the seat to solve that issue. I haven"t found a place to order accessiries yet. Do you know of any place? Thanks for the imput.
