Hey there hillbilly- I have a 'jave too; they're excellent because of the BIG 36mm carburetor and 4-valve head. To get a bit more outta the beast it must be uncorked. First, ditch the stock airbox and that horrible snorkle, a UNI or K&N pod filter will suffice here, rejetting will be required which isnt that big of a deal. The pipe isn't that restrictive really, but personally I have a supertrapp unit with discs. This will really wake it up. Also, depending on the terrain you ride- changing to a 13 tooth countershaft sprocket will raise yer top end too, Hope this helps. If ya need more info, let me know.

The stock sprocket is 12t, stock tires are 22-10-10, and the stock carb is a 34mm.

Yes- thats correct, stock countershaft is 12T. Sorry- I don't know about straightening and ATV bumper. It's a pretty stout peice to begin with, you may need to buy a new one, coulda been worse, y'know, glad it was only the bumper. as for more top end- short of juggling sprockets, I can only think of a camshaft, something I'm considering myself. But ya gotta admit, that for a 250 4- stroke, the Mojave is pretty darned impressive.

Them short tires are what is slowing you down. They will improve your acceleration though.

As for "cam specs". I have seen them on t6he web somewhere.....Don't remember where though.

The valve adjustment is .008-.010 on a cold engine if thats what you ment.
