Default p650 jetting w/ dyna, snorkel, and v-cams

Does anyone have any thoughts on where to start? I have all sorts of jetting combinations, but can't seem to get it right? I think I am lean, because the stock snorkel seemed to make it run better, but I did clean the carbs out at that time also. I am at whits end here, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I am running stock exhaust again, so that shouldn't factor in. Thanks to everyone in advance.

138/142 Keihin mains Front/rear, needles shimmed .030 with 2 x 4" square rectangle hole in top of airbox(visit my page for Pictures). I was running the supertrap IDS, K&N filter, Dyna ignition, and Webb cams. Was quick/quicker than my stock 700 Prairie.

Needles shimmed .04, 155/150 Keihins, 7 one inch holes in the lid and Napa snorkle, V timed cams, 6 degree key, Brooks module, IDS-X system, primary top speed mod, EPI black and Dalton blue (orange/blue for drags and pulls), custom clutch weights. Tuned spot-on.
It will take a P700 with a Dynatec, and squeak by a piped BF750.

NovaKaw650,
Are you running aftermarket exhaust? I still can't get this thing right. I had it right on with my modded exhaust, but kind of like it quite. I could just squek out my buddy's stock brute before the v-cams and stock exhaust. I am really dragging behind now, I can only get up to 60mph, used to get 70mph with a very old belt. Down jetting to stock jets has helped, do you think it could still be rich?
