Default bayou 300 4x4 front axles

Hi guys, well I think I know what's
wrong with front end. lower a arm.
But I think it needs a axle also.
How hard is the front left axle to
change. Any tips? Also any site
to get a free manual? Thanks in advance.

Dead easy, take the front bash plate off, remove the pinch-bolt through the knuckle assy and the two bolts holding the lower wishbone to the frame, they have captive nuts by the way so just unscrew the bolts. Not sure what you mean by axle, as there isn't one, just knuckle assemblies, driveshafts and a differential. There are three small allen screws holding a plate round the driveshaft, these need to come out before the driveshaft will come out of the diff. The top ball joint on the knuckle assy is a taper fit so needs releasing once the split pin and nut is removed.

Thank you , Does the driveshaft just
come out or do you have to release something?

Like I wrote before, a plate held on by three small allen screws has to be loosened before the driveshaft will pull out of the diff.
