Default Catching Up With Kawasaki

Sometimes it feels like we neglect Kawasaki when it comes to reporting on the company's comings and goings but that's not the case this week.

We've tracked down a couple of events and activities that have been keeping the Kawasaki team busy this season:

I have to get out riding more. I put on 3000 miles on my 2001 Sportsman and I bought it in 2005.

Things may change now. My cousin just bought a 2015 Honda Rubicon last week and loves to ride.

I have a friend that put 5000 miles on his CanAm 800 Max last year. I put 75 on mine yesterday. The riding here is endless.

Endless trails are not my problem in Northern Ontario but riding partners are or was until now. My cousin just paid $12,000 Canadian! for his 2015 Honda Rubicon so he better get some use out of it.

I read that people who have the new 2015 Rubicons love them. I hope he gets out a lot too.

Sounds like he was dead-set on a new Rubicon. I know quads are a bit more expensive in Canada than here in the U.S. but that sounds a bit high. That's still about $9500 in U.S. money using the current exchange rate of .79 to 1. You can buy a 2015 Grizzly 700 eps or a 2015 Brute Force eps as well for about that. The Rubicon is a great machine but either of those 2 other quads have considerably more power. It would be hard for me to even look at a new Honda unless they come up with something different like a new Rincon or Rubicon model with a lot more power.
