I googled your part numbers and got a hit for the F050151 (rocker arm) at the following web address:

http://209.85.165.104/search?q...en&ct=clnk&cd=6&gl=us

I got a hit for both parts at this website:

http://www.dinlisales.com/docs...ingUpdate20060414.xls

The F050151 is listed for $48.96
The F070011 is listed for $21.95

This is the contact info for the Dinli website:

Thank you for your efforts, but I also came up with those two listings, the problem I have walked into is that apparently dinli usa has a pending lawsuit with its parent company, and no new art will be shipped at any time in the near future, so I was hoping that someone might know a place that may have it actually on hand and in stock.
I have also learned that there may be a completely different manufacturer that has an exact copy of the JP 50, if I could find out which manufacturer that is perhaps I could get what I need from them.
Or possibly if someone knows of another manufacturer that makes a small sized 50 CC ATV with a single front rocker arm, maybe I could fabricated to fit.

I did a search on e-bay for Dinli and found several different quads listed for parts that are apparently universal.

Check this link out:

You might be able to contact these vendors directly and get lucky finding your parts!

Is your Dinli a Taiwan 50?

If so...you are in luck as lots of other companies stuck their names on that quad. My son has an Arctic Cat 90cc which happens to be the same as about 5-6 other brand names (Jag Desert something, Manco, etc). There is a good chance that one of these companies 50's is the same as yours and 99% of the parts are the same.
