LT4WDX 300 ground clearance increasing

The problem with lifting the old suzuki quad runner and king quad is that the way the rear suspension is designed, the more lift you give it, the more they lay out at the top and it will look like this from the rear \--/ It will work, but just wont look very good and will be harder on tires. The front should probably handle it ok since it is double a-arm, but the single rear a-arm messes things up. You may benefit the most by going up a tire size and doing a very small lift, like 2cm or something.

Just measure your stock tires for clearance before the tires rub anything on the frame or suspension.
Every inch taller or wider requires a 1/2" more clearance towards the ATV, the other 1/2" goes towards the ground and out the side which will not rub anything.
The 300 KQ must have the front wheel 1" less taller then the rear because that's how its 4wd ratio is geared.

You should be able to go an inch bigger front and back. I have seen it done, so im assuming it wouldnt be an issue. You could also make a spacer lift for the shocks which just stiffens them up so they wont sag, but it also hardens the ride. Or you could have some little mounts made that space the shock end about 1/2 inch higher up to gain clearance. There are lots of ways to do it but my point was that i dont think anyone makes a kit since the rear single a-arm causes issues with the tire angle.
