Default Eton Yukon 150 carb help

I have a eton 150 atv that I just put a new carb on. Now it won't run because the fuel is running right through the carb. It has a hose on top side of carb that is an overflow I am guessing that it pours out of. If I cut off fuel line it stops but other then that it starts pouring out of it. It does not leak out of the bottom bowl overflow at all. Just the one on top and out the front of the carb it self I'm sure I could fix it just don't know what to look for or do for sure. Any help would be great thanks

Don't take it for granted every things perfect even on brand new carbs and just bolt em on. I'd always go through them just to make sure every things clean and working ok.No telling how long the carb has been in the box and if it happened to be pre tested before shipment, any tiny bit of gas residue could cause the float needle and seat to stick causing the overflow problem. Plus make sure you have the fuel lines hooked up properly.

Still having this problem. I cleaned out the gas tank, carb, and replaced fuel line. Ran great for awhile the soon as we got to the trails to ride it died. Again gas filled the air box. Took the bowl off carb and found dirt again there and in with the needle which I guess is holding it open to flood the carb. I just don't know where this is coming from. Where else should I look? Really at a loss on this.

Old carb did same thing just couldn't get the bolts out. New carb was only 20 buck or something. I cleaned it up again waiting to go ride again now.

Fit an in-line filter. They can give problems with air locks if you run out of fuel, but you can’t get all the dirt out of a tank and an in-line filter will catch it instead of the carb.
