Suzuki lt50 oil pump not bleeding

Default Suzuki lt50 oil pump not bleeding

hi, when I start the quad and try to bleed it's not,there's plenty air from the hole but no oil, it worked fine before I had the top end off it

Anyone had this problem?

Mix some oil with the fuel at 32 to 1 then get it running and see if the oil starts to flow. The pipe between tank and pump may have a hole and be sucking air, or the pump may have a fault. If the oil does flow you will over oil a bit until the mixed fuel is used, but I recon it will run OK.

It should bleed itself, mix the fuel in the tank, top up the oil and run it. See if the oil goes down after a ride. Doubling up the oil is recommended for break in anyway
