I just brought in a Hensim 110. It is different on how the carb/intake is set up and also these jets i have never seen. Below is a pic of the jet i need,i couldn't clean it. I cannot find it anywhere. Says k36 on the shaft.
Other question,see how long that intake is? Would it be fine to use a short one? If you use the longer one that came on it,you cannot get to the screw to adjust idle. Reason i asked would it work,i put on a pz19 carb i had,completely rebuilt w new jets,and shorter intake and i cannot get it to idle correctly. Matter of fact,ive used 3 different carb/throttle cables trying to get the idle right.I can get it to idle but it may idle high,come down or idle low then go up.checked for vac leaks,cannt find any.most of the parts are new.

 

This isn't my machine/specialty but I will mention a cpl things.
Why can't you clean the jet? I've had to buy a set of micro drill bits to open some up.
pz19:: is there a air screw that could be adjusted to help get it to idle?
high/low idling::If no vac leaks, I've seen the needle float cuz of a forgotten piece.

I guess if nothing else I can buy a micro set. as cheap as the rebuild kits are,i was looking to just buy it all.
carb has a full rebuild kit in it. nothing is missing.
and I can adjust the screws and seems to work then it will idle erradically.thought I had it yesterday...came inside..went back out later on and it started right up and idle high.
