Unknown ATV.... Please tell me what it is...
Illinois redneck here found an atv + dirt bike both for free from a guy sellin a Nova out infront of his house. The dirt bike is a yamaha I do know that but the atv I have no idea what it is. Ive restored mini-bikes/go-karts but not something with this type of motor/wiring.
Unfortunately when I got it home I found more of a confusing battle then I thought i was going to have as I will list:
>>Wiring harness was cut to pieces(all pin connectors extremely fragile)
>>Less then a 1/4 water in fuel tank(carb does not have indications imo of holding water in it very long"Throttle cable wasn't stuck etc...", could of been just from the rain before I found it few days before i got it).
>>4 flat tires(Figured i could coat the inside with slime and re air them
>>3/4 body is gone
>>Brakes are unknown at this time if the caliper works or not. (Both axles spin very freely)
Good thing is I tore down the motor and all inner workings are in superb shape as well as the casing/carb/starter(Haven't put power to it yet, idk how). Gear box turns smooth as hot knife thru butter on a summer day. Frame & Steering hasn't been smashed with the exception of the front bumper bar and rear...
Can someone tell me a little more about this atv motor? As well as finding the harness for it if one exists(I'd like to run all my wiring thru the frame)
Im not trying to make this original by no means. Redneck atv is good enough for this family.

The engine is a Honda E22 clone. This doesn't help much as dozens of Chinese makers use them, I think the gaskets for one 110cc E22 clone will fit others, but have had problems with a GY6 clone from G S Moon that didn't use the same gaskets as other GY6 clones. There should be a VIN plate somewhere.

Still need type of motor to match up my gaskets/wiring harness please & thank you.
Frame VIN #:
L4ZA4LIF46F002614
(Number 00 may be Letter 00)
Motor VIN #: TZH152FMH 70304155
(Ending in 155 is between a set of stars like on the frame below the ending in FMH)
Removed the rear assembly of chasis today removing all paint/rust. Oiled all sprocket connections with gear oil etc...

The E22 engine has been used with almost all configurations of gearbox, from Honda's original "step through" to forward/reverse and CVT setups.
The VIN doesn't come up on a few decoders I Googled, but these are mostly rubbish, why they can't list all the countries the first letter indicates instead of just a few, I don't know. The machine may be Chinese or Taiwan or another SE Asian country, that first letter L indicates which one. Take a look at the GY6 numbers decoded sticky on this site, it may help with the engine number.
