I don't know why most on-line vin decoders are so useless. You would have thought that they would come up with country of origin at least because that is what the first digit stands for. Anyway, I tried a motorcycle one Online Motorcycle Repair Manuals - Cyclepedia Repair Library
and it came up with:-
Manufacturer Name: Amstrong Industry Corporation
Address: No. 25 Jheng-Guang St.
Zip / Country / Phone: Taiwan (42)271-3730
Product Type: ATV
and it came up with:-
