Has anyone bought or heard someone buying a quad in WV and not having to pay sales tax on it and bring it back to PA. If so can it be insured, registered and is there any legal issues. Im looking to buy a Yamaha sport, maybe a yfz, if anyone knows any good dealerships along the border let me know. THanx
