I have got a friend who said they were riding there completely stock 450 next to his brothers truck and it was going 80. I think not. he also didn't know I had a banshee and told me that banshees go 87-93MPH he was on crack.

 

If you were racing a highly modified 250r, you'd lose. As simple as that.

No, I beat him. Again if he wasn't have traction issues he would have beat me. He would start spinning when he got on the gas in ever gear. Trust me, I'm not some guy who thinks the YFZ is the greatest quad to roll the earth nor am I brand loyal. Had we raced on the street or a more solid surface the outcome would have been different. Besides, I may like my quad but I'm not too impressed with the power. Maybe I was expecting too much coming from riding dirt bikes and street bikes. Believe what you want, I'm just telling you what happened.

As far as drags and modified 250r's .... I raced my uncorked YFZ against a 310R up the wall at sand mountain and it barely beat me. the 310 rider was around 80 lbs less than me. I dont know the extent of the build or whatever but it was pretty fast for an R
