Polaris piston and rings
I'm just wondering if anyone would be able to help find or point me in the right direction for new piston and rings for my 1993 Polaris 300L 2 stroke. Every time i look on Ebay it comes up with 250L and 350L, which one do i do with? Can't find anything for 300L. My engine cylinder is the same as 250L but mine is 300L, do i go by 250L?

Can't beat a forged Wiseco as a better replacement for the oem cast piston. Available in over sizes up to 2 mm over standard bore size. Just measure the cylinder to find what over size is needed to clean up the cylinder. Going too large really doesn't accomplish anything and takes away from the cylinder sleeve.Doesn't matter if it's an Express,Explorer, etc as all the engines and pistons are the same.wiseco Polaris 300 pistons | eBay Plus the first 300 to come out was a 94 model, not a 93.

These older models predate the 17 digit frame numbers on the left a-arms. The model number W94,95,96,etc is on the right side frame down tube by the gear shift. The serial number is on the back side of this tube.
