Does anybody know the best initial settings for these carbs? I have just replaced the stock carbs with the Keihin's but need a starting point for setting them up. The engine is stock but I've got Paul Turner mid-range pipes on.

Thanks

Keihin carbs can be lots of fun to set-up initially. The different circuits of thecrbs overlap more so than mikuni roundslides. I am running 34pjs with 168 mains, 58pilots, CGL needles with clips 3rd spot from the top. And its running perfect. My setup is 370 long rod with ported cylinders, portmatched pistons and case. V-force reeds, coolhead with 17cc domes, Toomey T-5 pipes. I run yamalube 32:1. I hope this can help you out some.
