I got it back together. New carb and all ,good spark.but it won't start.the fuel lines won't fill completely and didn't seem to move.so I think it mite not b getting fuel??? I tried starting fluid but it just stumbled. I don't have a filter element for it yet.so is it getting to much air?? I go a electric choke.how do I no if that's working.

First off pull the fuel line from the carb and see if it's getting good flow. If not check for any kinks in the line plus make sure the tank vent line isn't pinched and open. These models need to the air box and filter on! If it's getting a good fuel supply, block off the air box inlet tube with your thumb then crank the engine. This allows a quick pull of fuel into the engine from the carb.May take a couple cranks at first if the carb bowl isn't full. Electric choke models were the worst because most of them never worked right to begin with. We got an in house bulletin from Polaris on the little 50s and 90s on hard starting and using the block of method on starting. Usually works on these little atvs and once warm they'll crank right back up with no effort.

You should feel a good tug on your thumb following OPT's advice above...not sure what you mean by "got it back together"...but if you have good flow and don't feel much of a tug on your thumb when cranking let us know...

It shouldn't have stumbled on SF...it should fire strong then die...like running out of gas...if it's just a fuel issue...
