Default Need help with scrambler clutching problem

The quad belongs to a friend of mine. He's running an EPI clutch kit with orange primary, red secondary and 60 gram weights with EPI helix. He's running an FMF fatty pipe, 38mm carb, shaved head, opened airbox etc, etc. Its a 2000- 400cc. He rides at aprx 2000-3000 ft.

The problem is that the RPM's will not climb above 6400 and it takes it a long time to pull itself into the power. Even when it does start to come on the pipe, you can't get it to rev out. Peak power is supposed to happen around 8000 I believe. He said he has his helix in the stiffest position. I have not played with helix setup at all and have no idea how this affects backshifting etc.
It seems like its upshifting to quickly. What do you guys think.

Try the helix at 1-1,then try some lighter weights like a 10-58 or even the stock ones.If that doesnt help get a red/yellow HPD primary and either a violet HPD or gold Polaris secondary spring.
