I would agree with DGpolaris2346. The trailblazer has a a towing capacity of 850 lbs or the same as the Trailboss. I tow my jetskis and trailer around my yard. The trailer has two 3 person jetskis with a total weight of just over 1500 lbs. The trailblazer (in stock form) will spin its tires in dirt if it is forcefully held back (haven't tried pavement). A snow covered driveway will have much less traction. A good set of chains and I think most people would be surprised what it can do. When I was younger, I spent many winters plowing a 1/4 mile drive way with a hydrostatic John Deer garden tractor (two wheel drive). It required chains and weights. Forget plowing without chains. If the snow was too deep, the tractor could not drive through the snow (it would high center), but it could push the snow out of the way with the blade, thereby creating a path. Probably the key thing to remember with any CVT quad is to keep the speed up above the engagement speed of the clutch which for the trailblazer is apparently 3 mph. It seems that 3 mph probably is a resonable minimum plow speed. I used to run the Deere much faster that.

Yes you can put a plow on the 250. If you have good tires or even tire chains it will plow plenty of snow. I know someone that has an old 250 trailboss with a plow and he plows his driveway and his neighbors and does not have a problem. I used to plow my driveway with my little lawn tractor that has a 18hp kohler motor and with the chains it did just fine. I now adapted the 46" plow to my Trailboss 330. A 4 stroke will have lots more torque so it will be easier to move the snow but if you keep the rpm's up on the 2 stroke it should be fine.

Hey Brutel1.. LOL, don't listen to the nay-sayers. Its a great plow quad. Put chains on it and it will plow as well as any garden tractor. You don't need low, because it easily creeps along at 3 mph. Just keep the quad moving. My experience plowing comes from years of plowing a long driveway with a hydrostatic driven John Deere 18 hp garden tractor. My quad does just as well!! Here are some tips though. You can air down the rear tires, but not the front, keep the front tire pressure at 5-7 pounds so they roll easier. The most snow I plowed was 10 inches. See my pics. It had no problem with that.

I'm surprised a Trailblazer can plow that well without a low gear. I'm a firm believer in putting sand bags on the rear rack. I have 2 on my Sportsman and no tire chains. I've never been in a situation where chains would help but I have had problems with a light rear end when I raise the plow.
