Default Oil change suction tank

Check this out. I got this on Friday and tried it yesterday. What a great little unit. It sucks the oil up and out of the machine into this tank. I was amazed to see that the drain plug didn't have a single drop of oil on it when it was pulled to verify. Literally....not a drop of oil came out. I moved the tube around a bit and apparently sucked up everything. Mercedes techs use this same technique to change oil. No oil on the garage floor, no oil running onto the belly pans. No need to torque or change the washers on the drain plug. -Will be nice to use it on my compressor, lawn mowers, etc.

Once the oil is sucked out, it's got a nice little spout to cleanly pour the used oil into whatever container you want. One could even get it back into the quart containers without the need of a funnel; although one would be better.

One other thing is that it will be handy if I overfill the oil a bit and want to bring the level down to the max on whatever machine you're working on.

You have found the one of many uses for a fluid evacuator young Jedi.

They come in handy for many things. I had to buy one after I purchased a 4-stroke PWC. That's the one and only way to change oil in them. But I've used it for many other things too. From siphoning gas to removing antifreeze.

Yeah, "fluid evacuator", that's it. I'm not going to be without one of these again.
