RCR Stage 1 Perfromance Kit
Yes -- sorry I ran out .
We used to make our own for the 325's -- then we had FMF make them for the 325's and they stopped --- since then White Brothers was making the muffler itself , since their demise I am kind of caught of guard . I had quite a few not long ago but this time of year they fly off the shelf pretty fast .
This time of year I go through close to 2 to 5 pipes a day .

Glad to hear that.
I bought a used 02 magnum 325 4x4 about a month ago. I brought it into the dealer and had them do the oil and give it a look over. They said that it looked like the quad only had about 50hrs on it.
So last weekend I did a trip of about 200 miles with elevations of 5,000 - 8,000 ft and the magnum seemed like it was getting bogged down. It couldn't keep up with my buddys Suzuki Ozark 250 2x4 on consistent grades or even on the flat (I was maxed out at 33 MPH - from GPS). It also used a lot more fuel than the others.
It appeared that it was running too rich - makes sense given that the guy I bought it from had just moved here (Nevada - 5,000ft up) from Iowa.
I brought it back to the dealer. They put a 115 main jet in and did a clutch weight shift (20-40) and put in a K&N filter. It is a bit better, but to be honest I'm dissappointed with them. I told them that it did not have the stock plug and it had to be changed also, and they did not do that (plug is all black) and they didn't reconnect the drain line at the bottom of the carb (line was hanging there with holes in it).
Sorry about the long story, but now I'm thinking of redoing it myself, cleaning everything out, etc.
How long did it take to put in the kit from Rick? How much more power / speed did you get from it?
Regards, Mick
