Still no spark [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img]

 

This system really is not that complicated. Kill circuit, 2 stator coils, secondary coil. If these values are correct and connections, grounds, and color codes are right, then replace the CDI. Do not interchange with other models, they look the same but have different part numbers. If you have to buy a new CDI, I would buy a new secondary coil too, they have been known to ruin CDIs.

 

May not be complicated to you [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] is to me the damn thing still dont have spark and if it were not complicated to me I would have already fixed it haha. CDI was just replaced no spark still. Tried the black wire trick.....nothing..... 200$ cdi was expensive part to throw at it! Any other ideas?
