It seems to be a stroker,is it a 7mm or bigger.I am in the process of helping someone do a stroker right now.The build looks good let us know how it does.

Thats a nice build I really like that pipe and silencer. I'm curious it its a stroker as well and if you had to machine the case to make it work.

What kind of tires are those?

I am guestimating at exhaust length and cone taper, but I would be willing to bet that maximum power will be made lower than the 8600rpm specified. What rod ratio did he end up with? That rod is A LOT longer than the stock Polaris piece. I hope it doesnt start coming apart too quickly. Dont get me wrong, I like his ideas. Curious on some real dyno testing.

Be careful on wheelies. It would make a mess of that pretty silencer.

It's neat to see some different work on a 400. It sure looks good.

wow it look very nice build mod scrammy,i really doubt it peak at 8600
with a 86mm piston and a 440 motor porting job,or unless you got the crank case ported or the counter balance, i'm doubtful running that without even a girdle kit on it,mine has OVER 75 hp at 76-7700 stock bore
and it is the very reliable limit, but it all depend on the pipe design
whenever you got maybe it is real, but look an awsome build scrammy,
the rear end look pretty nice racer trim.

but wait a minute,,if i look carefuly to the motor it sound like
the guy put a major sandwich kit between the jug and the crank case (aluminum spacer),
that alone will RAISE the exhaust port by much and let the engine to rev higher even with a long stroke piston, the vm 44 must flow specefic mixture ratio too,i think i'm loving that project too,i have jugs collecting dust
up here and might be trying one of those thing in the future, but the pipe
lenght still a wonder why doubt for me,pretty sweet engine tough..

greetings

thks to all comments

conig i think that are hoosier tires ... but i am not sure

bubba297 this bike is on the street´s since 1 year ago with 0 problems

x_scrambler3 i dont know about the carb setting , but what i know is that isnt leaking

scramblered this isn´t the stock bore limit , i forgot 1 thing , the crank was also filled with pb to increase torque ... the exhaust was created "hand made" to match all the other mods

Troyer23J so do i

yes ... thats a 12 mm aluminium spacer ... all of this engine was calculated with specific mat calculations ... the spacer was calculated to match with the kx 500 rod , and with the cr 250 reed´s and with the wiseco´s kx 500 forged piston ... all of this was calculated to the engine produce more than 75 hp using normal gas . a specific computer program that was created by broly was used to make some specs like cilynder window angles , exhaust angle , etc ... also the exhaust was angle calculated to produce the 8600 rpm ... combined with the cilynder

sorry for my bad english ...
