Default 9,000 ft elevation

I live at 9,000 feet. According to the repair manual for my polaris xplorer 300. The carb should be rejetted form #155, to #130 and the clutch weights should be changed. These changes are for 6,000 to 9,000 ft.How importent do you guys think is?

The smaller the engine the more important the jet and clutching changes are.

if you don't make the changes and you ride alot at those hights then you will see a big power loss and a boggy response on the throttle. the engine works harder w/ the less heavy air.
