Default 2005 Sportsman 6x6 Rebuild

I started on this 6x6 in September, It had a cracked frame from being dropped of a tractor trailer. During dis-assembly I found that the transmission and carburetor was cracked, front control arms bent, shocks busted. I ordered all the parts and started putting it back together. I finally will have it all put back together by next weekend. After I started if figured I would snap a few picture every now and then to show the progress. the pictures are attached, since I can only attach 5 pictures, I will add the pictures of what it looks like now in my next post.

Things Replaced:

Frame
Transmission
Carburetor
All Front Control Arms
Both Front Shocks
Stator
Starter Relay
Complete Wiring Harness
Right Front CV Shaft
Engine Mount Bushings
Speedometer

Other New Things Left To Do:

2 Chains
Chain Guards
Battery
Front and Rear Plastic
Front Rack
Bed (Has not come in yet)
Exhaust Pipe

I'm going to paint all Plastics Flat Black. Hoping to at least crank it over tomorrow, Will keep you updated on further progress.

Looking good At least yours wasn't in 3 pieces like the one I had to put back together! My 6x6 got caught in Hurricane Andrew in 1992 that hit Florida! When they found it(about a half block away) the company workers dropped it off to me when they came back to home base in Texas. Took me quite a while. Keep us updated on the pics,it's progressing nicely! OPT

Got it running today, sounds good. Installed Fuel Tank, once I filled it with fuel, found out the 3 way fuel switch was leaking, replaced it. Went to put on the new exhaust, found out it was the wrong one, so had to put the old one back on. Got the headlights back on, all working. Got the primary chain on (it was a BSpam wordSpam word Spam wordSpam word Spam wordSpam word Spam wordSpam word *H) putting on the secondary frist thing on the morning. On the photo with the speedometer, the switch below it has nothing connected. I want to add additional HID lights to the front, anyone got a idea how to wire it?

Sanded most the plastic getting ready for paint. Its going to be all black, I want to stencil a name on it, anyone have any idea's?

Done, Just need to Clean it up. Found out the rear Brake caliper was bad, so have to replace it. Bed has not come in yet, so used the old one for now.
