anyone with the clutch cover off an 06+ 800
I found that my clutch has some cracking in the movable sheave and I'm debating on buying an 800 stock clutch or a QSC primary clutch. I need to know what the diameter of the one way bearing is on the 800 clutch if anyone has one laying around or just happens to have their belt cover off. I need it to be measured with calipers and it doesn't matter if it's metric or standard but I need a fairly accurate measurement. Thanks in advance!

Don't have the dimensions, but found this. May be a way to bypass oem one way bearings at a cheaper price than oem if you can match em up.One Way Clutch Bearings Regular One Way Clutch & Roller Bearing Assembly (HFL)

Thanks opt I found that site just a few minutes before I found the cracks around the center of the movable sheave on my primary. I found a couple from a 700 but if I can get one from an 800 for around the same price I'd rather do that. But if the o.d. of the bearing isn't much (or any) smaller then I'll probably end up getting the one from QSC. If I have to buy one I may as well upgrade if it's readily available right?

Call Adam at QSC. He'll be able to tell you, and he won't push the QSC clutch on you. I will say this though, the QSC clutch systems are AWESOME. A HUGE improvement over stock. If you are thinking about buying a new clutch system, I would definitely spend the extra $ and get the QSC over the stock. But if you can find a decent used Polaris setup, do yourself a favor and get the QSC clutch kit.

Thanks tekrsq,I was talking with him last week and he gave me the bearing specs on his clutch. That's why I'm wanting the specs on the stock(06+ 800) one that's supposed to be an "upgrade" for mine to compare the difference. I'm sure his is better all around but I can get one for the 800 for around $200 and his is a little over $500 with ebs. I'm just worried the extra $300+ wont be worth it, that's all...
