Default 2002 Polaris Sportsman 700 (no power)

Finally getting around to looking at problem I ran into last winter. Was turning key over on this very cold 2002 Polaris Sportsman 700 and lost all power. Battery is good, battery cables connected, but no power to anything at all now (nothing will come on for power on speedometer, lights etc) Turn key on now, and nothing.

Any suggestions on where to start looking? Is there a main power fuse that could have blown?

Thanks.

Yes it has a 20 amp circuit breaker in a sealed pouch that may be corroded. Just slice the plastic pouch open and see if you have voltage on either side of the breaker. If not you can get this breaker at any auto supply. Here's a new one with a couple corroded ones for comparison. Plus being a 2002 model a lot of these had ignition problems if you haven't already.Updated kits will take care of that if ever needed.#2202602.
