At least it's getting power to the starter relay. You can check with a voltmeter or test light to see if the starter wire is getting power. If not,the the usual cause is a faulty relay. It's a relay(located under the seat) not a solenoid with two posts that you can jump across like other machines. Just use some jumper cables,ground neg to the frame and touch the starter hot wire if you wish to check it out that way. You still should be able to use a test light or meter first to see if power is getting to the starter motor from the relay when you push the start button and it clicks.
