Polaris t-bap help
Hello, first post here and looking for some help. I have a 2010 sportsman 550
Touring that's idling rough, backfiring and seems pretty powerless. After reading about the t-bap sensor wiring issues, it seems like the place to start. I've seen a couple different places that sell the harness but, the ones that look like they'll fit my quad are for twin cylinder 700-800 bikes. Will this also fit my bike? Where can I find one online to fit my bike? Any help is appreciated.

The only place I know to get the heavy duty wiring harnesses is Only The Best and I don't think they make one for a 550. You could contact them to see for sure. Only The Best

Wasn't as many of the 550s sold as the 850,but they do make the t-bap repair kit for the 850.Shouldn't be a problem for Only The Best to make a connector end for the 550.The 550 t-bap sensor is a little different, the 850 t-bap sensor looks identical to the ones used on the 500s,probably the reason why their kits are easily available.
