I have a 2014 polaris sportsman 570. It has 102hrs and 646 miles on it. When u first crank the bike it runs fine then after about 10 to 15 mins of run time or until it warms up it starts to run like crap. Spitting, sputtering and back firing. Have unplugged a couple of sensors and does not help. Please help!! Gets so hot gas bubbles in vent tube.

 

Is the cooling fan coming on at all? Sounds like it's getting pretty hot...

 

Several complaint on fuel boiling if you google this. Doesn't look like they've added enough tank protection,same as what we went through on some of the earlier models.The pic on the small amount of foil used on the parts breakdown shows they've cut back on insulation. Thermo-Tec : 24 K Heat Barrier Something you shouldn't have to do,but if that's what it takes until Polaris gets behind a solution on this.

I've heard 2014 models of the 570 had issues with bad head gaskets. I'm sure you didn't want to hear anything like that. It happens occasionally with the first model year of anything. Overheating and running like crap once the machine gets hot sounds like that could be it. Hopefully its not that serious and it just needs more thermal protection for the gas tank as Old Polaris Tech suggested.
