Hello I have a 2004.5 Polaris Sportsman 500 HO and am looking to hook this plow up to it. However it does not have the mounting plate to it and I am trying to find the correct plate for my make and model. Can anyone help me out?

 

Not into plows down in this area,but mounts are shown for series 2 and series 3. Should be able to narrow it down.

That looks like my Glacier plow. It's not a 2 or 3 but a first generation before they started using numbers. You may find a mount for it listed as a Glacier 1.

 

Not sure if they can get that anymore. Check the dealer or online, thats the original Glacier plow.

 

I found the push tube assembly on eBay but no mount to put it on. They have a lot of Gen 2 and Gen 3 Glacier mounts but I didn't see any first gen. You may be able to get a used one someplace but I don't know where. Maybe craigslist.
