Doesn't show a fuse block(if it has one under the front panel) or an inline breaker coming from the battery on the parts break down, but has to have one or the other or both.Plus check simple things people over look like cables are tight, all electrical connections are ok. May have to pop the front panel and go from there. Polaris ATV Parts 2016 A16YAK11AD-AF OUTLAW 110 ELECTRICAL, SWITCHES, HARNESS and INDICATORS Diagram Does show a fuse Item#5. Where it goes, don't know. If the later models are similar to the early ones, the fuse holder should be under the seat close to the starter relay.Last 4 stroke youth model I worked on was a 2011 model.

Did you check your other post from this morning? https://atvconnection.com/forums/int...ml#post3390994 Plus pull the plastic cover back from the ignition switch, check for any solder problems, broken wires. If they're ok see if you have one wire that has voltage. If no voltage to the ignition switch wiring, the left control switch or its wiring could be the problem.

I'd order the service manual from the dealer that has the wiring schematic and trouble shooting guides.Or let the dealer look at it.Your choice on this.Owners manuals just direct you to your dealer when problems arise.
